Product Description
Carbide band saw blade is an efficient cutting tool widely used in metal cutting and other fields. The main body of the saw blade is made of high-quality spring steel and other materials, with good flexibility and strength, and can withstand the tension and pressure in the cutting process to ensure that the saw blade will not break easily when running at high speed. The key part of carbide band saw blade is carbide teeth, carbide is made of refractory metal carbide compounds and bonded metal through powder metallurgy process made of alloy materials, with high hardness (general hardness up to HRA89-93), good wear resistance, strong red hardness (still able to maintain high hardness at higher temperatures) and other advantages. These carbide teeth are welded or embedded in the edge of the saw blade body, responsible for direct contact with the cutting material and cutting work. It can be used to cut various metal materials, such as carbon steel, alloy steel, stainless steel, non-ferrous metals, etc., and even for some special metal materials with high hardness, it can also have a better cutting effect. At the same time, it can also be used to cut part of non-metallic materials under certain conditions.
