Diamond band saw blades are composite steel strips manufactured by electroplating diamond - an extremely hard material - onto a high-quality carbon steel or stainless steel substrate. As cutting tools for linear and contour cutting of wear-resistant, superhard and brittle materials, they feature energy and material savings, smooth cut surfaces, high cutting efficiency and good resistance to chipping.

Diamond band saw blades can be customized in various lengths, widths, band thicknesses and diamond grit sizes to match different sawing materials.
Step Tooth Stepped alternating cutting edges; excellent vibration damping, good chip evacuation and high impact resistance. Applications: Large-section solid stone, graphite, silicon carbide, refractory bricks, thick carbon fiber / fiberglass.  
Continuous Rim Uninterrupted straight cutting edge; smooth cutting surface, narrow kerf and high precision. Applications: Thin sheets, thin-walled ceramic tubes, precision cutting of silicon materials, precision slabbing of premium stone.
Segmented Rim Straight cutting rim with spaced notches; superior heat dissipation and powder removal, suitable for dry cutting and resonance suppression. Applications: Tubes, hollow bricks, thin-walled composite materials, long-fiber fiberglass.
